Tomorrow I have to start charging for the book, after all, Amazon isn’t going to allow me to give it away forever, and here is the link to the app that will allow you to read it on your android or PC or Mac. (DOWNLOAD THE APP BEFORE YOU GO TO AMAZON.) They published it for free, but the price of that is that they do want to make some money. I just cried this morning as I saw that we have been able to give away 546 copies so far, with 18 hours left to go. The Bridge is currently at #2 in the Kindle Christian Living: Spiritual Growth free category, and although I have slipped to #5 in the Personal Growth free Kindle category, I have to mention that Joni Eareckson Tada has two of the books in front of me — someone I have respected for a great many years and I think I might just boost her numbers by downloading her books. She is an inspirational lady, I remember being riveted by her passion and courage in my early days as a Christian.
So if you have downloaded, thank you so much. If you have friends who are new to our walk with the King, I hope you will send them the link today. If you feel guilty about taking a book for free, please don’t feel guilty. This book is a love letter to our Heavenly Father. My passion is the elevation of His honor, and the exaltation of His character in the earth, because He has been maligned, misunderstood, misrepresented and blasphemed. I can never give back to Him what He has given to me, not ever, but it is my fervent prayer that I can honor Him. Tomorrow I am going to write about how The Bridge came about, and I am going to include a link to Darlene’s creative process in creating the art as well, but today I just want to rest and share more books!
